Rhonda Qualls is a Certified Teacher and has a BA in Elementary Education. She has lived in Montana for most of her life, and has raised two beautiful girls: Ashli (Looking down), and Angela (Has an open-mouthed smile). Ashli is 24, and she is attending the University of Montana in Missoula with her son, Vincent (She's holding him). Angela is 18, and is also attending the University of Montana. Rhonda's fiance, Chad Felt, runs an Upholstery Shop next to the Preschool.
